Water Jet Cutting

High-pressure abrasive water jet cutting for flat profiles in virtually any material. Water jet is a cold cutting process — no heat-affected zone, no thermal distortion, and no change to material properties.

We program directly from your DXF or CAD files. Parts are nested efficiently to minimise material waste, and we can cut anything from a single prototype to a full production run.

  • Abrasive cutting for metals, stone, glass, and ceramics
  • Pure water cutting for rubber, foam, gasket, and soft materials
  • Thick section capability — up to 150mm depending on material
  • Positional accuracy of ±0.1mm
  • Complex profiles and tight internal radii
  • Clean edge finish — most jobs need no secondary work

What we cut

Water jet cuts virtually anything that isn't tempered glass or diamond. If your material isn't listed, ask — we've probably cut it before.

Mild Steel

Plate, flat bar, floor plate. All common grades.

Stainless Steel

304, 316, duplex. Sheet and plate.

Aluminium

5052, 6061, 7075, plate and extrusion profiles.

Brass & Copper

Sheet and plate in various thicknesses.

Tool Steel & Hardened Steel

No heat input means no temper loss.

Titanium

Grade 2, Grade 5. No HAZ, no embrittlement.

Stone, Tile & Ceramic

Granite, marble, porcelain. Intricate inlays and shapes.

Glass

Float glass, laminated glass. Not tempered.

Composites

Carbon fibre, fibreglass, Kevlar. No delamination.

Rubber & Gasket

Natural rubber, neoprene, silicone, cork. Pure water cut.

Plastics

Acrylic, polycarbonate, nylon, HDPE, UHMWPE.

Foam

EVA, polyurethane, closed-cell. Pure water — clean edges.

3D Printing

Additive manufacturing for prototypes, functional parts, jigs, fixtures, tooling, and end-use components. 3D printing is ideal when you need complex geometry, fast turnaround, or low-volume production without tooling costs.

We print in engineering-grade materials that are tough enough for real-world use — not just show models. If you need a part that has to work, not just look right, we can deliver.

  • Rapid prototyping — test fit and function before committing to production
  • Jigs, fixtures, and tooling
  • End-use parts and functional components
  • Complex geometry that can't be easily machined or fabricated
  • Low-volume and one-off production
  • Engineering-grade thermoplastics

3D Design & CAD

Don't have a file? Not a problem. We design parts from scratch — from a rough sketch on paper, a photo of a broken component, a verbal description, or measurements taken on site.

We produce full 3D models and manufacturing-ready files so your part can go straight to cutting, printing, or fabrication with no ambiguity. You get the files to keep, so reordering is straightforward.

  • 3D modelling from sketches, samples, or descriptions
  • Manufacturing-ready file output (STEP, DXF, STL, IGES)
  • Reverse engineering — recreate parts from a physical sample
  • Design for manufacture — we'll flag anything that's hard to make
  • Iterative design — revisions until the part is right
  • You own the files — use them however you need

Parts Fabrication

We combine our cutting, printing, and design capabilities to deliver finished parts — not just raw profiles or loose components. If your part needs multiple processes to complete, we can manage the full job.

From one-off replacements to short production runs, we fabricate custom parts for local industry, agriculture, motorsport, and anyone else who needs something made properly.

  • One-off and short-run production
  • Replacement parts for obsolete or unavailable components
  • Multi-process jobs — design, cut, print, assemble
  • Prototype development and iteration
  • Customer-supplied or we can source material
  • Every part inspected before it leaves the shop

Prototyping & Development

Got an idea for a part or product but not sure how to get it made? That's where we come in. We offer a full prototyping service that takes your concept — whether it's a sketch, a description, or a rough sample — and turns it into a production-ready part.

We work with you at every stage. We'll discuss your requirements, design the part in 3D CAD, print a prototype for you to test, make revisions based on your feedback, and then produce the final part using whichever manufacturing process suits best.

This isn't just a design service bolted onto a manufacturing service — it's a proper collaborative process. We'll advise on materials, tolerances, manufacturing methods, and design changes that can save you time and money before you commit to production.

  • Initial consultation — understand your requirements and constraints
  • Concept development — 3D CAD design from your brief
  • Rapid prototyping — 3D printed test parts for fit and function
  • Design iteration — revise and refine until it's right
  • Material and process selection — we'll recommend what suits the job
  • Production transition — final manufacturing via water jet, 3D print, or fabrication
  • File handover — you own all design files for future production
