What we print

From rapid prototypes to production-ready parts — here are some of the types of work we do with 3D printing.

What we print in

We stock a range of engineering-grade thermoplastics. If your application needs something specific, ask — we can source most filaments.

PLA

Rigid, accurate, and easy to print. Good for prototypes, models, and non-structural parts.

PLA-CF

Carbon fibre reinforced PLA. Stiffer and stronger than standard PLA with a premium matte finish.

PLA Wood

Wood fibre filled PLA with a natural wood-like look and texture. Great for decorative and display parts.

ABS

Impact-resistant and heat-tolerant. Common in automotive, electronics, and consumer products.

PETG

Tough, chemical-resistant, and food-safe. A reliable all-rounder for functional parts.

TPU

Flexible and abrasion-resistant. Used for seals, gaskets, bumpers, and vibration dampeners.

What we offer

We run FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) printers with large build volumes and a range of nozzle sizes to balance detail and speed. Whether you need a quick concept model or a batch of production parts, we can match the process to the job.

  • Rapid prototyping — test fit and function before committing to production
  • Jigs, fixtures, and tooling for manufacturing workflows
  • End-use parts and functional components
  • Complex geometry that can't be easily machined or fabricated
  • Low-volume and one-off production runs
  • Large build volume for oversized parts or multi-part batches
  • Post-processing — sanding, drilling, tapping, and assembly
  • Design assistance — we can model your part if you don't have a file
